SEXUAL ALCHEMY and the LONGEVITY of RELATIONSHIP

All too often I hear the exact same approach to issues, theories, challenges, and solutions to the problems we encounter in relationships with our significant other. This is not to say these "approaches" have no validity but their ability to problem solve is anemic at best! Why? Because they are totally incomplete without factoring in the sexual-alchemical dynamics whose absence in our intimate relationships actually create the Bio-Emotional, Bio-Energetic and Physiological factors, we are so often challenged with IN relationship. On the masculine side, the role that men play in sustaining a nurturing, loving, giving, passionate and harmonious state of togetherness is challenged from the onset. Why? One simple physiological hiccup that tears asunder brick by brick the foundation of what once appeared as the ideal union of two people---EJACULATION!

Men feel they "need" to do it and women want men to do it for various reasons...from giving the ultimate Love embrace and satisfaction to Ego centered control and a manipulation of power & purpose. So let me break this down in a way that everyone can grasp it and maybe walk away with a new and inspiring revelation. First Ejaculation and Orgasm in a man are TWO different physiological functions. In the sexual practices such as the Tao in China, Tantra and Kama Sutra in India, and Kerazza in West Asia men learn practices to control for protracted periods of time or do away with their ejaculation yet maintain the orgasmic response. Why? Because the Loss of this Life Force energy and the physical "seed" leads one to accelerated Demise. One ejaculation is equivalent of energy loss as 72 hrs of hard physical labor. Most Women know this because as soon as their man "Kums" there is the Oh GAWD!! exclamation which is promptly followed with the ZZZZZZZZZZZ as they roll over much to your dismay and pass the F--- OUT! How much life is actually lost...can that really be measured? Sperm cells are a pure life based entity...they impart and help to create the very process of propagation. Each time a man ejaculates he releases between 200,000,000 to 500,000,000 sperm cells from his body. The average male has about 5000 ejaculations in a lifetime which is equal to 5 gallons of semen! Yeah, ya'll have seen those big 5 gallon water bottle containers...visualize! And since semen is a highly refined form of energy/life-force, ordinary food cannot replenish it efficiently. Therefore each loss of semen weakens the mind/body permanently. The structure of semen and Brain tissue are similar, so when one ejaculates excessively, the extra needed energy is taken from the brain. So in essence excess expenditure of seminal fluid leads to premature aging, lost energy, physical weakness, debilitation, illness, emotional instability...yeah, that's right AND eventual agonizing death as you navigate through a myriad of physical and mental disorders.

Now, HOW does this impact relationship pray tell? Here is the SECRET very few know. Ironically the constant loss of life fluid will inevitably lead to an unconscious disdain and emotional anger towards the very woman with whom he associates. Each time he ejaculates he lessens or diminishes the inherent "magnetism" in his body. The "magnetism" is what creates the dynamic Law of Attraction between himself and his mate...not to mention his ability to attract abundance into his life. The more of his life-force he loses, the more his magnetism decreases, the more his magnetism decreases, the less attraction AND the less PASSION he has for his significant other....not to mention that now ANOTHER factor seeps in, which is the Body's awareness via its OWN intelligence that this person that he is giving his life force to is killing IT and IT AIN'T feeling that for one second! This very real process will eventually create the man distancing himself from his woman, not being nurturing nor feeling connected to her any longer and all the while she is wondering what the HELL has happened??!! WHAT did I DO??!! Why don;t you love me anymore??!! I DO LOVE U! You don't ACT like you DO!! I Do...I just feel different that's all...and it goes on and on...so the very aspects in relationship that will eventually lead to its Demise have its Genesis here. And from here everything else Follows...now his eyes have wandered and he is looking elsewhere....

KECHARI MUDRA: The Unknown Key to the Development of Spiritual Power and Insight

I was both Taken aback AND Deeply Elated when one of my Students of Internal Energy Cultivation, Nadia Pillay, sent me this piece written by Shri Param Eswaran, a teacher, Master I am not familiar with but have now acquired great respect for.

Here is the original post and my commentary follows:

KHECARI MUDRA, YOGIC POSTURE WHICH BESTOWS SPIRITUAL ATTAINMENT. It enables one to overcome disease and death Khecarī Mudrā in Saiva agama means a state of universal consciousness which is the state of Shiva. Abhinavagupta, in his Tantraloka, states that all other mudras derive from khecari mudra, which he describes as "the stance of moving or flying through the void of the supreme consciousness." The practice is also mentioned in the Hatha Yoga Pradipika. Khecarī mudrā was taught by Paramahansa Yogananda as a part of Kriya Yoga practice. Yogananda stated that: Through the performance of Kechari Mudra, touching the tip of the tongue to the uvula, or "little tongue," (or placing it in the nasal cavity behind the uvula), that divine life-current draws the prana from the senses into the spine and draws it up through the chakras to Vaishvanara (Universal Spirit), uniting the consciousness with spirit. According to Swami Kriyananda, "The assumption of this mudra helps to hasten the advent of deep spiritual states of consciousness." Swami Sivananda described Khecarī Mudrā as "the best of all Mudras."

Most Master's from the East, learned in Yoga, Qigong and other internal sciences have found it a needed necessity to always Omit this practice of Self Empowerment from their teachings. Only through the teachings of my instructor Grand Master Mantak Chia has the knowledge and awareness of its Power been revealed and that was at a great price because he became ostracized by several masters for exposing Kerchai Mudra to the West. Yes, it has been their most guarded Secret!

I have taught ALL of my students this practice and ways to use and expand its Power in and around the Body / Mind. Yirser Ra Hotep Lawrence has benefited greatly from it use and I am sure he now teaches ALL of his students this practice. It creates much greater density in the Auric Shield that surrounds the human body and wards off unwanted Toxic energy from human and environmental interactions. I NEVER go Outside without applying Kechari Mudra! Here is the West disciples of Yoga / Pranayama are taught these disciplines without being taught Kerchari Mudra. Kechari Mudra is essential to arts like Tai Chi and without its use, it is only an external, physical sequence of movements - the real power is absent.

How important is Kechari Mudra in the Eastern Internal Traditions of Internal energy cultivation and Tantra - the Water Point is the most Powerful of the 3 points one can connect with - if the student cannot get the tongue back to this position the underside of the tongue is elongated and then cut so it can extend below and into the nasal cavity where it then navigates its way to the PINEAL Body and by gently massaging it, gets it to release DMT - a chemical compound responsible for the expansion and altering of Consciousness.

THE COMING AGE OF AQUARIUS AND THE EMERGENCE OF THE LUMINOUS MATRIX OF A NEW REALITY - By Wayne B. Chandler

Today, January 10th 2020 we begin a major shift in the Models that operate here on Earth. We begin with a Lunar Eclipse referred to as The Indigo Lunar Eclipse because of what it will initiate and create on this Planet. It is a synthesis of Astrological, Galactic, and Solar Energies, which in combination will create a unique series of Wave based Frequencies which will catalyze what are known as the INDIGO CODES.

These Codes are specific to Massive changes and Shifts throughout humanity around the Globe, producing uprisings revolution, revelation, AND unrest which will give birth to New Programs of Evolution in the Design of Humanity's Journey towards Optimum Truth. This TRUTH Vibration will eventually move human beings out of the Darkness into the Light — this energy is known as the GREAT REVEAL and its purpose is geared towards Restructurings, Shifting's, Endings and New Beginnings — one can say its a total Reboot for the Era upon us. The Energy of this Eclipse will last for 10 years! These next 10 years are known as the Indigo years, years of our "Becoming" our Metamorphosis into a much greater and deeper expression of what constitutes the Human Equation.

We will move into a Spherical Timeline departing the Linear that has entrapped us in this 3-Dimensional Mundane, 5 sense driven, competitive oriented existence. As we move deeper into this reality we will see the removal, Destruction of the Patriarchy that has bound the Earth for the last several thousand years. It will produce a Singularity Vortex Field, emanating the Heightened Consciousness and Intention of the Planet Via the Schumann Resonance which directly affects time, space and Consciousness. It is called the Heartbeat or Pulse of the Earth. You experience it daily in the direct feeling that TIME is Speeding Up...but it is Not linear time that is speeding up, it is the Creative Process on Earth Accelerating. A Hopi prediction for these times we are about to enter states: THERE WILL COME TO BE A TEAR IN THE FABRIC OF TIME AND ONLY THOSE WHO HAVE PREPARED THEMSELVES WILL BE ABLE TO WALK RIGHT THROUGH.

The Notion and Intent of 2012 - the "End of Time" was about beginning the removal of Linear Time, based on the alternating frequency of the Schumann Resonance! With this new frequency/order now in Place we will see the removal of oppression and tyranny — the implementation of that which is known as the DRAGONS LAW, the Light Warrior's Code of Untaintable and Uncorruptible Ethics. One must begin to have a daily Spiritual Practice for themselves or they will not be able to withstand the new frequency of this time. Divine Energy will assert itself in very Obvious Ways to create deeper states of Awareness — that which has been unseen, unknown will now become visible.... Bombings, Arson (Australia), mass shootings, political deception, Earth changes (Puerto Rico) - there have been over 148 Earth Quakes recorded around the globe in the last 4 days — Divine Intent is allowing "Free Will" to actively display / show just how low the Collective Consciousness of the Earth has become.

2020 is the SHIFT into The New Order of Transcendent Principle and Behavior — December 21, 2019 we Officially entered the Photon Belt (those of you who missed that post go to my timeline). On December 21, 2020 we will Officially Enter the AGE of AQUARIUS — how will this wrap up? By the year 2026 our Planet will be totally Born Anew and those who make the Crossing (because many, maybe most will not) will be authentic Caretakers of this Earth — the Hopi's say "When the Earth is Ravaged and the Animals are Dying, A New Tribe of People from all Creeds and Races shall come unto the Earth — Their Actions and DeeDs shall make the Earth Green again — they Will be Known as The WARRIORS of the RAINBOW

One of the greatest Seers, Prophets, Astro-Visionary's of this Epoch was a man named Michel de Notre Dame. He was born in 1503 and he rose to prominence as the Courts Royal Physician, Counselor and Confidant to King Charles IX — we know him as Nostradamus — this is What HE has to say about this time:

All cells in our body demand electrical force in order to properly function--Qigong acts upon this dynamic and actually changes the frequency of electrical force into a more transcendental field of vibration elevating both bodily function and mental emotional. Qigong has within it a design to take a woman’s breast that is already drooping or beginning to sag and re-instill life force/Qi into them allowing them to once again become firm and stand as the pyramids in Egypt.

Qigong is patterned for Neural Coherence which creates internal connection, great intuitive Awareness and Mental Emotional Synchronicity — it makes one less susceptible to other cultural programs that are running which are largely distractions and void of substance. (you'll never move any further in life than your Hidden Self Image (Locked in the subconscious mind) will allow you to. No Problem Can Be Solved at the Level of Consciousness in Which it Occurs —

QIGONG AND IT’S HEALTH BENEFITS

Qigong and its health benefits are unrivaled because it is based on a pure energy principle and Dynamic — even basic things such as weight loss are easily accomplished by engaging in the practices of Qigong. Though most of us don’t, we are supposed to eat in order to acquire energy. But in reality much of what we eat, by the time we masticate or chew it, take it through digestive channels in the stomach and passed into the small intestine for absorption into the body, then have what’s left eliminated via the large intestine, we have used up more energy in these various processes than the food we consumed ever had from the start. Qigong literally feeds the body by cultivating and refining specific channels that feed ALL systems with Life Force energy and those systems when fulfilled allows the individual much Less angst and longing for and about physical food consumption — allowing one to shed unwanted pounds.

For me the Greatest Attribute of Qigong is how it is primed to help us, Humanity, Navigate these times we are heading into--the cosmic discharges and occurrences from the 7 rings, our planets, upon the planet at this time are creating all types of emotional stress, physical discomfort, mental instability and psychic attainment as our DNA is being impacted by these various frequencies. We forget that we are Stellar Entities — a Blend of both the Earth and Cosmos. Those who have no daily practice, one which aligns and moves energy through the body, will find themselves much more susceptible to the NEGATIVES of these influences as this energy attempts to push through the various forms of Biological and Biopsychic Congestion residing in our Being.

We are moving into the last days — the end of a cycle — Every New Beginning Comes from Some Other Beginnings End--We are now approaching the Formation of the Divinely Omnipotent 144,000 spoken of in all religious Text and Canons. They are the Light Warriors, The Jedi Knights, The Awakened Born from the Crystal Chalice — their responsibility is to develop themselves beyond measure, so that they can lead and guide those in the masses ready for liberation and Light. There is, in My Opinion no better Modality than Qigong to Accomplish this!! They are being gathered and formed now as I write this and most, when speaking of their characteristics, state that there are 10 major elements the 144,000 carry - and if you have 3 of these you are part of the Group —

1. You identify yourself with Super Heroes or beings with exceptional ability.

2. You carry a never dying sense that you were made for something bigger, greater than what you are doing, how you are living.

3. You have an innate Innerstanding of Spiritual Knowledge & Information and the frequencies discharged feel natural to your person--you were born with this feeling, this Innerstanding.

4. While you may feel Unconditional LOVE for all people, being around them for you is a take it or leave it situation as most of them Disgust you! You have minimal tolerance for the way they have desecrated the Earth, other Humans, and the Animals.

5. You hate being here - always wanting to leave but knowing you must suck it up and do what you came here to do or at least discover what that is — this causes you to be stressed out and Panic Attacks can be rampant.

6. You love everything.

7. Cannot Tolerate any kind of Injustice.

8. Helpful at times to a fault.

9. A Light of hope, assistance and Prosperity for many many others — even if you yourself do not know or notice it.

10. You can See and Connect the Dots of our ongoing Yin and Yang Duality and you Innerstand how to bring this into Oneness blending High Science and Spirituality — Tech & Nature in its constructive and productive Designs.
